It's been a while since I wrote, but, I have been in a slump. You know hon, friday I'll find out about my scan. All he told me that he did find something but until he gets a second opinion from a neurologist, he'll let me know the exact problem. Remember what I said I always thought I had, well  it's that. I'm okay with it, this way I'll be with you sooner than expected. I come see you every day as I'm sure you know. He's also gonna probably put me on disability he said, so this way whatever time I have left can be spent with the kids and I'll take them to Disney World and a whole bunch of places. He gave me some meds to help with the  "brain pain". It's helps a little but most of the time it hurts and makes me dopey. On a lighter note, hopefully I'll be home soon and we can have the life we always wanted together. I'm going to go, I'll write later. I love you and miss you. I can't wait to see you. Hey Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you are ill. I hope it can get fixed. Your kids need you more then your wife, please always remember that. For her, time is not important anymore, she will be there waiting for you and it will be like minutes not like years, but your kids are there, alive and need a father :) Fight it. Wasn't it you who told me to hang in there? It helped me. I'm still here and kicking and screaming lol. Well not really screaming, wouldnt want to scare the neighbours ;) But I'm here, fighting my diabetes and my overweight. And I know that there are people out there who care for me and think of me. One of these people told me, that the world wouldnt be the same without me. So I would like to tell you the same. The world wouldnt be the same without you :) I'm here if you need me. *big huggles*

I can't begin to imagine the heartache you've gone through and continue to go through, but Kat is right... you are needed... you have to fight. Your children need you more than anyone else in this world. They need your strength, and they need you next to them, guarding them, guiding them. There are people watching over you, and sending their prayers for you and your family, Mike.

What can I say, time marches on and so you too must make choices. We can all stand here and be your cheerleaders, tell you to hang in there, tell you we love you and we want you to stay, tell you your kids need you and that RoseMyst would be so pissed if you left them without fighting, but these are just words.

In the end, my friend, its 100% up to you. You are the one who is in pain, you know your responsibilities, you know deep down what’s right and what’s wrong. You are the one who has to make your peace with God & Goddess. I don’t think its truly in you to leave your children without a fight, to just roll over and say “Here I am take me,” as much as you would like to. I believe deep down you will do what’s right for you, RoseMyst and the Kids.
